Raluca is an experienced business attorney, with over a decade of continuous practice in the sector. The main focus of her expertise resides in commercial dispute resolution and corporate law. She has coordinated for over a few years the litigation office of a bank ranked as top 10 in Romania. Raluca has an LLM in Business Law and is a graduate of the Law Faculty – University of Bucharest. She has also Diplomas in Foreign Affairs and Diplomacy and Security, both granted by the Diplomatic Institute – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and is a proficient English speaker.
